Who we are
LifelineRunner is the healthcare delivery driver network powered by Safe Route Innovations (“we”, “us”). This policy covers information collected through our driver-recruiting website.
Information we collect
When you submit a driver application, we collect the information you provide: your name, email address, phone number, ZIP code, vehicle type, and your confirmations of eligibility and consent to be contacted. We also record basic technical data (such as IP address and browser user agent) for security and fraud prevention.
How we use it
We use your information to review your application, contact you about driver onboarding (by email and, if you consent, by phone or text), and operate and secure our service. We do not sell your personal information.
Cookies and analytics
We use two analytics services to understand how visitors find and use this site. Vercel Analytics collects aggregate page-view data and does not use cookies. Google Analytics sets cookies on your device and collects your approximate location (derived from IP address), your device and browser type, and the pages you view. When you submit an application we record only that a submission happened — we do not send your name, email address, phone number, or anything else you typed into the form to either analytics provider.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or install Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
Sharing
We share information with service providers that help us operate (for example, our database and communications providers) and as required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to or deletion of your information, and you may opt out of contact at any time, by emailing hello@saferouteinnovations.com.
